FUN IN THE SUN - FRIENDSHIP, SIBLING AND CHILD MINI SESSIONS

SUNDAY 2ND JULY IS FUN IN THE SUN MINI SESSION DAY.

Sessions last 20 minutes and you get a digital image with the session.

CHILDREN FROM UP TO 4/5 DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLDS WELCOME!!!!

There will be bubbles, a ride on car, a pretend tea party, flowers ..... and so much fun.

You can either attend this shoot with just the 1 child, siblings, friends, cousins.... as long as there are no more than 4/5 households due to the time limits. The idea of the session is to capture the little ones having fun together, and also aim to get individual shots of each child as well.

Perhaps your child is leaving nursery this year and you want a shoot with their nursery friends, perhaps they're already in school and have made some fantastic friendships. This is the shoot to celebrate that. It doesn't have to be friends though, it can be cousins, siblings or even your child alone. Whatever you decide, you will get some gorgeous images.

Extra images are available to purchase after the session which start from £35 and packages with are available.

There is some info below on what to expect. Please ensure you read this and the terms before paying for the shoot.

The exact location of the shoot will be disclosed once the shoot is booked. However, it is in the Hucknall area. It is about a 15minute walk from public transport links (tram/bus/train). Parking is available at the location.

Sessions will last up to 20 minutes.

1. All original images shall remain the property of the photographer. KMP reserves the right to use any images for marketing purposes, please make us aware should you not wish for this.

2. A non-refundable deposit which is the same as the basic session cost is to be paid before the date is confirmed in the diary of KMP. The payment of the deposit is taken as acceptance and agreement to the terms of contract. If the deposit is not paid within 24hours of booking the session the session may be passed on to another person.

3. KMP allows one rearrangement of session due to illness or other reason however, 24 hours notice must be given, this session can then either be another mini session at a later date (of one of my planned sessions) or in the studio.

If the session is not taken, the session fee will be forfeited. If the session is postponed due to a positive covid result I ask that proof of a positive result is given If the weather is forecast to be bad on the day, sessions will be transferred to the KMP studio on the same day/same time slots apply.

4. Colour photography is undertaken within the technical limitations of the process and certain colours may not necessarily be facsimile over the whole range of colours within a subject. Prints made at different times may be variable in colour balance. Please also pay attention to the advice KMP gives on printing images.
5. Although the photographer and their appointed agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing complete loss of the photographic record, KMP will only be responsible for the return of all money paid to date, although every effort will be made to retake the photographs. If there is a partial loss, we will only be responsible for partial refund of monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. KMP are fully insured for Public Liability.
6. KMP shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. KMP’s judgment on the photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. KMP will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Due to availability and willingness of the subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
7. KMP is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of images delivered to the Client is left to the discretion of KMP. The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the KMP based on their style and the available lighting.
8. The 1998 Copyright Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to KMP. You may not edit (including adding filters), copy the photographs taken under this contract or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means, unless by prior permission of KMP.
9. No photos or video is to be taken during the session with KMP by anyone other than KMP.
