BACK TO SCHOOL MINI SHOOTS AUGUST 20 2023.

It's that time of year again - back to school! And what better way to capture this exciting moment than with a back to school photo session? As an experienced photographer, I understand the importance of capturing the perfect shot. I’ve had school photos back where they’re pulling a silly face or they look like they’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards.

I know how kids can be - sometimes they like to pull funny faces or make silly poses. But with you there, you can rest assured that your child won't be making any weird gurns or looking like they've been dragged through a hedge backwards. And I'll be there to guide them and make sure they're looking their best.

Not only will I be there to make sure your child looks great, but I'll also be there to capture their unique personality. Whether they're shy or outgoing, I'll work with them to bring out their best self in front of the camera.

Experience a a great photo session that captures your child's unique personality. Unlike traditional still and posed images, these sessions are interactive and enjoyable for your little one. You'll love the candid shots that showcase your child's true self. Plus, you have the option to take some family photos together too!

There is some info below on what to expect. Please ensure you read this and the terms before paying for the shoot.

The mini session costs £30 and includes a digital image from the session.

There are option to purchase further digitals after the session.

The session will last 20 minutes. Please come dressed in school uniform ready for the shoot. Siblings are welcome as well. 

If time (there usually is), there will be the opportunity for some images on a plain white background in normal clothing. So please bring a change of clothes.

Shoot preparation.

Please arrive with your child ready in their school uniform. If you wish to have shots after on the plain white background please bring plain, muted colour clothing. It looks best when everyone is in coordinated clothing and on the same colour palette. Before the shoot please let me know whom will be attending the shoot and their age.
Sessions will last up to 20 minutes.

The session takes place at the KMP studio which is based in Bulwell Self Storage, Greasley Street, Nottingham. NG6 8NG

INFO SHEETS WILL BE SENT OUT A COUPLE OF DAYS PRIOR TO THE SESSION.

1. All original images shall remain the property of the photographer. KMP reserves the right to use any images for marketing purposes, please make us aware should you not wish for this.
2. A non-refundable deposit which is the same as the basic session cost is to be paid before the date is confirmed in the diary of KMP. The payment of the deposit is taken as acceptance and agreement to the terms of contract. If the deposit is not paid within 24hours of booking the session the session may be passed on to another person.
3. If a session is cancelled due to illness etc, the cost of the session/deposit can be transferred over to another session at a later date.
4. Colour photography is undertaken within the technical limitations of the process and certain colours may not necessarily be facsimile over the whole range of colours within a subject. Prints made at different times may be variable in colour balance. Please also pay attention to the advice KMP gives on printing images. 
5. Although the photographer and their appointed agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing complete loss of the photographic record, KMP will only be responsible for the return of all money paid to date, although every effort will be made to retake the photographs. If there is a partial loss, we will only be responsible for partial refund of monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. KMP are fully insured for Public Liability. 
6. KMP shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. KMP’s judgment on the photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. KMP will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Due to availability and willingness of the subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested. 
7. KMP is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of images delivered to the Client is left to the discretion of KMP. The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the KMP based on their style and the available lighting. 
8. The 1998 Copyright Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to KMP. You may not edit (including adding filters), copy the photographs taken under this contract or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means, unless by prior permission of KMP. 
9. No photos or video is to be taken during the session with KMP by anyone other than KMP. Where this is seen to be happening, the client will be invoiced for package no 4.
