Sunflower Mini Sessions Saturday 9 September

Due to the extended opening of the field I have released some more sessions available in the sunflowers.

Sessions last 10-15 minutes and you get 1 digital image included.

Extra images are available to purchase after the session which start from £35 and packages with prints are available.

Clients will need to pay for entry into the farm but this is redeemable against PYO produce. There is also a Maize maze and plenty to do to spend a couple of hours.

This shoot is suitable for families, couples and children whom are walking/standing or able to be held by an adult. Perhaps you are pregnant and would like a mini maternity session? Maybe a couples shoot? An up to date family picture.

There is some info below on what to expect. Please ensure you read this and the terms before paying for the shoot.

The mini session costs £25 and includes a digital image.

You will be sent an info sheet over with the exact location of where to park, the prep guide and any extra information ahead of the shoot.

In regards of what to wear/bring. Please bring plain clothing. No large patterns or logos. Neutral, muted colours work best. Think natural earthy tones.

Sessions will last up to 15 minutes.

1. All original images shall remain the property of the photographer. KMP reserves the right to use any images for marketing purposes, please make us aware should you not wish for this.

2. A non-refundable deposit which is the same as the basic session cost is to be paid before the date is confirmed in the diary of KMP. The payment of the deposit is taken as acceptance and agreement to the terms of contract.

3. If the shoot is not able to go ahead due to extreme weather, the shoot can be carried out in the studio on a later date or a voucher given for the amount paid. Shoots will go ahead in the rain as long as it is safe to do so.

4. Colour photography is undertaken within the technical limitations of the process and certain colours may not necessarily be facsimile over the whole range of colours within a subject. Prints made at different times may be variable in colour balance. Please also pay attention to the advice KMP gives on printing images.
5. Although the photographer and their appointed agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing complete loss of the photographic record, KMP will only be responsible for the return of all money paid to date, although every effort will be made to retake the photographs. If there is a partial loss, we will only be responsible for partial refund of monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. KMP are fully insured for Public Liability.
6. KMP shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. KMP’s judgment on the photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. KMP will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Due to availability and willingness of the subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
7. KMP is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of images delivered to the Client is left to the discretion of KMP. The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the KMP based on their style and the available lighting.
8. The 1998 Copyright Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to KMP. You may not edit (including adding filters), copy the photographs taken under this contract or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means, unless by prior permission of KMP.
9. No photos or video is to be taken during the session with KMP by anyone other than KMP. Please note that if photos are taken in session by anyone other than KMP the session will be ended.
