Spring Woodland Mini Sessions –
Saturday 10th May is our Spring/ Woodland mini session day. – and trust me, these spots won’t hang around for long!
These are limited edition sessions in a stunning woodland location, surrounded by fresh spring greenery and beautiful flowers – the dreamiest natural backdrop for photos that feel like magic.

• Location is near NG16/NG15 (full details after booking)
• 5-minute walk from parking, over slightly rough ground – carriers or sturdy buggies recommended

1. All original images shall remain the property of the photographer. KMP reserves the right to use any images for marketing purposes, please make us aware should you not wish for this.
2. A non-refundable deposit which is the same as the basic session cost is to be paid before the date is confirmed in the diary of KMP. The payment of the deposit is taken as acceptance and agreement to the terms of contract. If the deposit is not paid within 24hours of booking the session the session may be passed on to another person.
3. KMP allows one rearrangement of session due to illness or other reason however, 24 hours notice must be given. The rearranged session will take place in the studio as a mini session.
If the session is not taken, the session fee will be forfeited. If the weather causes the session to be cancelled (if rain is forecast all day) the session will be moved to a mini session at a later date.
4. Colour photography is undertaken within the technical limitations of the process and certain colours may not necessarily be facsimile over the whole range of colours within a subject. Prints made at different times may be variable in colour balance. Please also pay attention to the advice KMP gives on printing images.
5. Although the photographer and their appointed agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing complete loss of the photographic record, KMP will only be responsible for the return of all money paid to date, although every effort will be made to retake the photographs. If there is a partial loss, we will only be responsible for partial refund of monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. KMP are fully insured for Public Liability.
6. KMP shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. KMP’s judgment on the photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. KMP will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Due to availability and willingness of the subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
7. KMP is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of images delivered to the Client is left to the discretion of KMP. The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the KMP based on their style and the available lighting.
8. The 1998 Copyright Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to KMP. You may not edit (including adding filters), copy the photographs taken under this contract or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means, unless by prior permission of KMP.
9. No photos or video is to be taken during the session with KMP by anyone other than KMP.
