Please read these terms before purchase.

1. All original images shall remain the property of the photographer. KMP reserves the right to use any images for marketing purposes, please make us aware should you not wish for this.
2. A non-refundable deposit is to be paid before the date is confirmed in the diary of KMP. The payment of the deposit is taken as acceptance and agreement to the terms of contract. In the case of mini sessions the deposit is equal to the session fee and is non refundable.
3. KMP allows one rearrangement of session due to illness or other reason and not lose deposit. 24 hours notice must be given. Due to the time limited aspect of Xmas shoots the deposit may be transferred to a session at a later date.
If the session is not taken, the deposit will be forfeited.
5. If the studio has to close due to reasons outside the control of KMP (eg… the pandemic), the deposit will be transferred to a session at a later date or towards another session.
6. Colour photography is undertaken within the technical limitations of the process and certain colours may not necessarily be facsimile over the whole range of colours within a subject. Prints made at different times may be variable in colour balance. Please also pay attention to the advice KMP gives on printing images.
7. Although the photographer and their appointed agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing complete loss of the photographic record, KMP will only be responsible for the return of all money paid to date, although every effort will be made to retake the photographs. If there is a partial loss, we will only be responsible for partial refund of monies paid. Your statutory rights are in the not affected. KMP are fully insured for Public Liability.
8. KMP shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. KMP’s judgment on the photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. KMP will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Due to availability and willingness of the subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
9. KMP is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of images delivered to the Client is left to the discretion of KMP. The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the KMP based on their style and the available lighting.
10. The 1998 Copyright Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to KMP. You may not edit (including adding filters), copy the photographs taken under this contract or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means, unless by prior permission of KMP.
11. No photos or video is to be taken during the session with KMP by anyone other than KMP. Where photos are seen to be taken, the client will be billed for the largest package amount.
12. KMP lightly retouches the image in terms of skin corrections and lighting. For larger edits a fee may be charged. So please ensure that clothing and hair is neat.
