Sessions are held at the KMP Studio – NG6 area. This year, I’m excited to have the beloved bed set returning and also a gorgeous new window set. Get ready for some festive fun and memories that will last a lifetime! 🎁📸

• Magic images can be included only when you upgrade to Frosty, Rudolf, or Santa packages. They will be shot for on the day so don't worry if you decide you want a package later.

Please read these terms before purchase.
1. Ownership & Marketing: All original images remain the property of the photographer. KMP reserves the right to use any images for marketing purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish your images to be used.
2. Deposit & Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your session in the diary. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms. For mini sessions, the deposit is equal to the session fee and is non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling: KMP allows one rearrangement of a session due to illness or other valid reason, provided 24 hours’ notice is given. For Christmas mini sessions, due to time limitations, the deposit may be transferred to a later date. If the session is not taken, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Force Majeure: If the studio must close due to reasons beyond KMP’s control (e.g., pandemic, severe weather), the deposit will be transferred to a later session or towards another session.
5. Technical Limitations: Colour photography is subject to the technical limitations of the process. Colours may not exactly match the subject across the whole range. Prints made at different times may vary in colour balance. Please follow KMP’s advice on printing images.
6. Loss or Damage: While KMP and their agents exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence, in the event of unforeseen circumstances causing total loss of photographic records, KMP will only be responsible for returning money paid to date. For partial loss, a partial refund may be issued. Statutory rights are not affected. KMP is fully insured for Public Liability.
7. Creative Licence: KMP is granted full creative and artistic licence regarding choice of locations, poses, photographic style, and number of photographs. While KMP will do their best to honour specific requests, there is no guarantee that any particular image, background, or arrangement will be captured.
8. Image Delivery: KMP is not obliged to deliver every image taken. The determination of which images are delivered is at KMP’s discretion. Post-production, editing style, effects, and final look are also at KMP’s discretion.
9. Copyright: Under the 1998 Copyright Designs and Patents Act, copyright belongs to KMP. You may not edit, copy, or reproduce images in any form without prior permission from KMP.
10. No Third-Party Photography: No photos or videos may be taken during the session by anyone other than KMP. Any breaches will result in the client being billed for the largest package amount.
11. Retouching: KMP lightly retouches images for skin corrections and lighting. Larger edits may incur a fee. Clients should ensure clothing and hair are neat.
12. Magic Images: Magic images are a premium feature only available when upgrading to Frosty, Rudolf, or Santa packages. They are not included with the Classic Mini session.
13. Session Participation: The session fee covers the agreed-upon session time and number of participants as booked. Any additional participants may be subject to an additional fee.
14. Animal Participation (Dog-Friendly Sessions): For sessions where pets are present, owners are responsible for their animal’s behaviour. KMP is not liable for any incidents involving pets during the session.
15. Client Responsibility: Clients should arrive on time and prepared for the session. KMP is not responsible for missed opportunities due to lateness or lack of readiness.
16. Post-Session Package Decisions: Clients are not required to choose images or packages at the time of the session. While on-the-day upgrade offers may be available, there is no obligation to purchase extra images immediately.
